Corporate events – minimum booking is 2 hours, prices start at £500
The rate includes photography, travel, editing and online supply of images.
The costs below are for 1 photographer, large events may require more than one photographer.
- Two hours photography – £500
- Additional hours – £100
- Discounts are available for multiple bookings
These prices include VAT. For events outside of Berkshire additional travel and accommodation may also be added.

How any photographers do you recommend?
The number of photographers you need for a corporate event depends on the length of the event and the number of angles you want captured.
Number of photographers
Short event
You might need one photographer for a short corporate event that lasts 2–4 hours.
Full-day event
You might need more than one photographer for a full-day corporate conference that lasts 8 hours.
Number of angles
Multiple photographers: Having more than one photographer can provide more angles and give photographers more time to be creative.

How quickly will we get our images?
We understand that you’ll want to share a snapshot of your event on your socials as soon as possible. These can be available within 24 hours. Full gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks.
